Congratulations to Chancey Kessler, who won the SD Youth Art Month flag design! The theme this year was "The World Needs Art." Her design will be turned into a flag that will be on display in Chicago at the National Art Educator's Association conference. Each state has a flag, and South Dakota will be Chancey's design. She also won a gift certificate for art supplies for herself and the classroom.
