Safe Return To Learn

The Ipswich School District is committed to providing the best education possible AND keeping students and staff safe while continuing to do their best to mitigate any spread of any virus.  The Ipswich School District Board Of Education believes that in-person instruction is vital to each of our students and their educational growth and social-emotional well-being.  Therefore, many protocols continue to remain in place including encouraging the use of masks when necessary, frequent sanitizing and disinfecting throughout the district buildings, symptom checking of staff and students (prior to entering the school buildings), social distancing when possible, frequent hand washing, and allowing only essential visitors at the school, etc. If you have questions about any of these protocols, please contact the school administration at 605-426-6561.

Please note that all plans and decisions are subject to change as we learn more and/or conditions change.

Please see the attached SAFE RETURN TO IN-PERSON INSTRUCTION PLAN and any additional supporting documents for more information relating to starting school and school activities.

We thank you for your continued support of the Ipswich Public School District and we look forward to seeing all of you very soon!  Go Tigers!
