Mr. Osborne, through 2020 has 25 years of experience in the education field and 16 years in administration.  After spending 5 years as a teacher and coach in Leola, SD Mr. Osborne was hired as a teacher and coach in Ipswich starting in the 2000-2001 school year.  He has served in many capacities during his 20 years with the Ipswich School District.  Teacher, Coach, Athletic Director, Dean Of Students, MS/HS Principal and currently serving as Superintendent and Special Education Director.

During his tenure with the district, Mr. Osborne has earned a number of honors for his service in the district and the community.

 - 2009-2010 - Region 4 High School Principal of the Year
