Preschool

The Ipswich Public School offers preschool free of charge to children. Children must be four years old by September 1st of the current school year to attend. Our preschool meets on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings from 8:30-11:30 a.m.  

 

We use developmentally appropriate, research based curriculum in the areas of reading, math, and social sciences. We also use the Handwriting Without Tears program. Children use a hands-on approach when learning.  They also participate in music class weekly.
